Traffic is vanity; inquiries are revenue. Most B2B sites get visitors and then watch them leave without a trace. The fix is not more traffic — it is a deliberate path from a search to a conversation. This playbook is the one we recommend to every FulinxCMS customer.
Start with buying-intent keywords
Generic terms like "website builder" attract lookers. Long-tail terms like "multilingual website builder for export companies" attract buyers. Research 10–15 long-tail keywords, then route the transactional ones to a landing page and the informational ones to blog articles that link back to it.
Give every page one clear job
A landing page should ask for exactly one action: start a trial, request a quote, or book a demo. Remove competing buttons and keep the form short — company name, work email, message. Every extra field costs you inquiries.
Make the ask visible everywhere
Sticky header CTA, a mid-page offer, a final band before the footer. On a typical FulinxCMS site the hero CTA and the closing CTA are the two highest-converting elements — make both point to a real contact or trial page, not a dead link.
Measure inquiries, not clicks
Set up inquiry tracking in the dashboard. Look at which landing pages generate inquiries and double down; drop the pages that only generate bounce. Within a quarter, the difference between a traffic-focused site and an inquiry-focused site becomes obvious in the pipeline.
